No generic ideas. Every one should be something only someone who truly gets my situation would suggest.

We are going to turn my favorite ideas into complete build plans that a cheaper, less capable AI can execute later without you.

For EACH idea, write a full build plan I can hand to another AI. Assume that model is not as smart as you, so leave zero ambiguity. Include:

1. The goal in one sentence, and exactly what "finished" looks like
2. Everything needed before starting: tools, accounts, files, access
3. The full build, step by step, in order, with nothing skipped
4. For each step, the exact prompt or command to run, written out word for word
5. The mistakes or dead ends most likely to trip it up, and how to avoid them
6. A quick test after each step to confirm it actually worked

Write it so clearly that if I paste any single step into a basic AI, it does the right thing on the first try. Number every step.

Do the plans one at a time. Finish one completely, then stop and wait for me to say "next" before the following idea, so each plan gets your full attention.

Act as my personal AI systems analyst. Your job is to find every place I waste time or leave value on the table in how I use AI, then turn it into a system.

Study everything you can see about how I actually work: my past chats, my files, my projects, my instructions, my repeated requests.

Then write me a clear audit:
1. The tasks I do with AI most often, ranked by frequency
2. The tasks I repeat that should become a saved, reusable Skill
3. The context and preferences I retype by hand every time, which should live in a saved file instead
4. Where I use a slow or expensive approach when a faster one exists
5. What I am not using AI for yet, but clearly should be, based on my work

For each finding, give me the fix and estimate how much time per week it saves. Finish with the top 3 changes that would make the biggest difference, in priority order.

Quote the real patterns you see. No generic advice.

Now build the actual assets from that audit, written out in full so they keep working long after this chat ends.

Give me three things:

1. SKILLS. For each repeated workflow, write a complete, reusable Skill: a clear name, a one-line "use this when..." description, and full step-by-step instructions detailed enough that a cheaper AI runs it perfectly every time. Put the exact prompts inside it.

2. TEMPLATES. For the tasks I do most, write copy-and-paste templates with the parts I change marked in [brackets], so I just fill in the blanks.

3. MY OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS. Write one master instruction block I can paste into any cheaper model (or save as my CLAUDE.md) that captures who I am, what I do, my goals, my voice, my standards, and my preferences, so an everyday model gives me close to your quality.

Write everything out completely and ready to use. Do not summarize or describe them. Hand me the finished assets.

I want your full intelligence on the hardest, highest-stakes thing on my plate, the one I keep putting off: [describe it in a sentence or two].

Do not just answer it. Build me a complete plan of attack I can run over the coming weeks and months on a cheaper AI model.

Include:

5. The obstacles most likely to stop me, and how to handle each one
6. How I will know it is working, and how I will know it is finished

Make it so thorough and so clear that I never need to bring this back to the smartest model again. This plan is the asset. Write the whole thing out now.
