Fable 5.1
Let's put Fable 5.1 to work
Fable 5.1

3 things to try tonight

Fable 5.1 is the smartest AI you can use, and it is live in Claude. Most people will never find out what it can do. Here's three things to try.

One prompt per step. Copy it, paste it, read what comes back.

Your progress saves automatically, so you can stop and pick it back up anytime.

Step 1 of 4

Open Claude and pick Fable 5.1

Fable 5.1 is a choice inside Claude, not the default. Pick it once and every prompt below runs on it.

claude.ai opens a new chatOpen →
1
Click the model name at the bottom right of the message box. It says Opus 5 or Sonnet 5 right now.

The menu as of tonight. The order can shift; the name won't.

2
Click Fable 5.1, the top choice.
Don't see Fable 5.1 in the list? It rolls out by plan. Use the best model you do see. The prompts still work on any model.
Wanna try this in ChatGPT or Gemini instead? Pick their best model. The prompts work there too.

Step 2 of 4

Give it one job that runs without you

Anything you repeat, however small. This prompt makes Fable find the job, pick it, and build it.

I want you to take one thing off my plate for good.

First, interview me. Ask me up to 8 short questions about my week: what I do every day or every week that feels like a chore, what I copy and paste, what I check, what I remind people about, what I type out over and over. One question at a time. Wait for my answer before the next one.

Then list every repeat task you heard, and for each one tell me two things: how much time it eats per week, and how risky it would be to hand to you (low, medium, high).

Pick the ONE with the best mix of time saved and low risk. Tell me why you picked it.

Then build it. Write me the complete job description I can hand you every single time: what to look at, what to do, what "done" looks like, and where I have to approve before anything goes out. Write it so a brand new assistant with zero context could run it perfectly.

Finish with the plainest possible instructions for making this run on a schedule inside Claude, step by step, so I never have to start it by hand again.
1
Paste it and send. It asks you questions one at a time. Answer honestly, even if the answer is “I don’t know.”
2
It ends with a finished job description and the steps to make it run on a schedule. Save both.

Step 3 of 4

Audit what you own today

Your website, your listings, your business plan. Hand it the thing first, then paste.

1
Start a new chat. Click the + at the bottom left of the message box, then Add files or documents. A website? Paste the link into the message instead.

The plus menu as of tonight.

2
Paste this under it and send.
Act like the pickiest client I could possibly land. You have money, you have options, and you have a short attention span.

Go through everything I gave you like you are deciding whether to hire me.

Give me:
1. Your first impression in one sentence, the way you would say it to a friend.
2. A grade from A to F, and the single biggest reason for that grade.
3. The moments that would make you walk away. Be blunt. Quote the exact words or describe the exact spot.
4. What is missing that you expected to see and did not.
5. What a top competitor in my market does that I do not.
6. The three fixes with the biggest payoff, in the order I should do them, with a one line reason for each.

Then rewrite the single worst piece for me, in my voice, so I can replace it today.

No compliments unless you would say them to my face as a paying client.
One thing per chat. A website and a business plan in the same message split its attention.

Step 4 of 4

Your biggest mountain

The thing you avoid because you don't know where to start.

1
Start a new chat. Tell it the whole thing first, as messy as you want. Every detail, every worry, every half idea.
2
Paste this underneath and send.
Above is the thing I keep avoiding because I do not know where to start. Treat it like the most important project in my business.

Before you plan anything, ask me the 5 questions that matter most. One at a time. Push back if my answers are vague.

Then give me the plan:
1. The goal in one sentence, in plain words.
2. The one decision that is blocking everything else, and your recommendation on it.
3. The whole thing broken into 3 to 6 phases, each with a name and what "done" looks like.
4. Inside phase one, the first three steps, each small enough to finish in under an hour. Number them.
5. What I can safely ignore for the next 30 days.
6. A realistic timeline, and the one thing most likely to blow it up.

Keep it short enough to fit on one page. No jargon. If I would need to look up a word, use a different word.

When I say "go", walk me through step one like you are sitting next to me.
3
Answer its five questions. When the plan lands, type go and it walks you through step one.
Confusion creates inaction. This turns the mountain into a numbered list.

Now you know what it can do

One job handed off. One honest grade. One mountain turned into a numbered list.

Fable 5.1 picked in Claude
One repeat job handed off for good
An honest audit and the three fixes
Your biggest mountain, mapped step by step
